Marshall L. Mohr

Since March 2006, Marshall L. Mohr has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intuitive Surgical, Inc., a provider of surgical robotics. Prior to joining Intuitive Surgical, Mr. Mohr served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Adaptec, Inc.

Before 2003, Mr. Mohr was an Audit Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he was most recently the Managing Partner of the firm’s West Region Technology Industry Group and led its Silicon Valley accounting and auditing advisory practice. Since 2005, Mr. Mohr has been a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Plantronics, Inc., a provider of lightweight communications headsets and telephone headset systems, and also served as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Atheros Communications, Inc., a developer of semiconductor system solutions for wireless communications products, from November 2003 to May 2011 when Atheros was sold to Qualcomm, Inc.

Mr. Mohr holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Western Michigan University.
