The PacBio SMRT Analysis software suite is designed for use with HiFi sequencing data. You can analyze, visualize, and manage your data through an intuitive GUI or command-line interface. You can also integrate SMRT Analysis in your existing data workflow through the extensive set of APIs provided.

SMRT Link v25.1 is strongly recommended for the Revio system and required for the Vega system. SMRT Link v25.1 is required to use SPRQ chemistry on the Revio system. Contact tech support to access SMRT Link Cloud.

Note: If your fleet includes a Sequel II/IIe system, you’ll also need an installation of SMRT Link v13.1.
